About Our 3D Printing
What is 3D printing? 3D printing is an additive manufacturing process that creates objects layer by layer from digital designs. Each of our products is custom-made using this technology, ensuring every item is unique and made specifically for you.
What materials do you use? We use high-quality, durable PLA (polylactic acid) plastic for our 3D printed items. PLA is a biodegradable, plant-based material that is safe, strong, and available in a variety of colours.
Where are your products made? Every single item is designed, printed, and packaged by our family right here on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. Each piece is made with love and attention to detail — no mass production here!
Will my item look exactly like the photos? While we strive for accuracy, each 3D printed item is handcrafted and may have slight variations in color, texture, or finish compared to photos. Minor layer lines or surface texture are normal characteristics of 3D printing and do not affect the quality or function of your item. This is a normal part of 3D printing.
How durable are 3D-printed products? Our prints are strong and designed for everyday use, but like any handmade product, they should be treated with care. Avoid leaving them in direct sunlight or extreme heat for extended periods. While each item is handcrafted, you may notice minor layer lines or surface texture — this is a normal characteristic of 3D printing and doesn't affect quality or function.
Orders & Production
How long does it take to make my order? All items are custom 3D printed to order. Production typically takes 2-3 business days after your order is placed. Once your item is complete, it will be shipped and you'll receive a tracking number.
Can I cancel or change my order? Because production begins immediately after payment is received, we can only cancel orders if production has not yet started (typically within 24 hours). Please review your order carefully, especially personalization details, before completing your purchase. Contact us immediately at info@noahsark3d.com.au if you need to make changes.
Can I request custom designs or colors? Yes! If there is something you'd like that is not currently in our store, please contact us at info@noahsark3d.com.au with your ideas and we'll work with you to bring your vision to life.
How do I add personalization to my order? If a product offers personalization, you'll see a text box at checkout where you can enter names, dates, or other custom text. Please double-check all spelling and details before submitting your order.
Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
We offer flat-rate shipping of $5.90 AUD for orders under $50 and free shipping on orders over $50. Shipping rates for large or bulky items will be calculated at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
- Standard Shipping: 3-8 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-4 business days
Please note: These timeframes are for shipping only and do not include our 2-3 day production time.
Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship to mainland Australia.
How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my personalized item? Because all items are custom-made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalized products unless they arrive damaged or defective.
What if my item arrives damaged? We stand behind the quality of our work. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@noahsark3d.com.au within 7 days with photos and your order number. We'll gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund.
What if you made a mistake on my order? If we made an error (wrong personalization, incorrect item, etc.), we will replace it at no cost to you or issue a full refund. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
How do I care for my 3D printed item?
- Clean with a soft, damp cloth
- Avoid exposure to high heat (above 50°C/122°F) as PLA can soften
- Keep out of direct sunlight for extended periods to prevent fading
- Handle with care to avoid drops or impacts
Are your products safe for children? Our products are made from non-toxic PLA material. However, small parts may pose a choking hazard for young children. Please supervise children and follow any age recommendations listed on the product page.
